Experienced Trader

We continually seek to partner with experienced traders who have a history of profitability while managing risk. These traders should be motivated, decisive and disciplined. They also must maintain a high level of personal integrity and confidence. Successful traders should be experts in their markets and themselves.

Trading Team

Team traders must demonstrate excellent communication skills and posses a proven track record. Teams may exist in a hybrid model of floor/off floor as well as strategist or programmer teams that employ Gray Box and Black Box Strategies.

Junior Trader

We accept novice traders who exhibit experienced trader traits. These candidates will be allowed to implement their trading strategy on a proof of concept basis for a defined period of time.
